I struggle REALLY bad...I'm right there with ya. I struggle REALLY bad getting up early in the morning to go swimming or biking. It doesn't matter what the temp is outside, I'm just not a morning person. Lol. I have found though that one thing that works for me sometimes is bribing myself.
